Exchanges / Returns Shoes: Shoes are warranted against material defects and workmanship only. Shoes are NOT warranted against wear and tear from normal use. We suggest you try on your shoes and briefly wear on a clean carpeted surface to determine fit. Examine your shoe purchase immediately for any manufacturing defects. (Your shoes are examined by Soccer Centre staff to assure the quality of manufacturing). Should you encounter a problem, return to us with proof of purchase within 30 days of shipping date.
All other items: All other purchases may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days with proof of purchase for reasons of quality or fit. Please examine and/or try on immediately to avoid delays or other potential problems with your purchase.
No refunds or exchanges can be made on custom screen printed, embroidered, or numbered items once work has begun on your order based on your specifications.

Shipping / Tracking We strive to ship all orders within two (2) business days of receiving order confirmation. Occasionally we need to special order your item directly from the manufacturer, in which case we will update you on the status of your order via e-mail.
